Warranty
All products sold by Vernotix are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty periods vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
If you believe your product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
Products approved for warranty assessment may need to be returned for inspection by the manufacturer or supplier.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product; or
- Provide a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
