Products approved for warranty assessment may need to be returned for inspection by the manufacturer or supplier.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product; or
- Provide a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If the error was caused by Vernotix, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product fault, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified warranty claim.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover products that have been:
- Improperly installed
- Modified or altered
- Misused or abused
- Damaged through accidents or negligence
- Used outside their intended purpose
We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, vehicle compatibility issues caused by incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.
